OVERWEIGHT or OBESE

Both overweight and obesity refer to person's overall body weight and whether it's too high/much. The term “overweight” means - having extra body weight from muscle, bone, fat, and/or water. The term “obesity” means - having pretty high amount of extra body FAT. There are many ways and possibilities for clarifying if a person is overweight or obese. According to experienced professionals the most useful measure of overweight and obesity is Body Mass Index (BMI) which is based on height and weight. BMI could be used for adults, children and teens.
