Are women fertile whole month? Are there any secure days?
Yes, some days of the menstrual cycle are secure and each woman can make personal calculations for discovering secure days for unprotected sex.
Calculation is based on an observation that the ovulation in females takes place 2 weeks before periods. As we know that the menstrual cycles in women may not be on precise day every month, the calculation of the safe period should be done on the basis of duration of 12 previous cycles. First note down the shortest and the longest cycles during the last 12 cycles.
The first fertile day will be minus 18 days from shortest cycle.
The last fertile day would be minus 11 days from the longest cycle.

Male condom is a sheath made to fit over the erect penis. It collects semen and acts as a barrier preventing passage of sperm into the vagina. The condom is available rolled in individual packets, and is unrolled onto the erect penis before intercourse. Most condoms are made of thin latex rubber. When used correctly at every act of intercourse, the condom can be a reasonably effective method of contraception. The latex condom is also an effective barrier to protect against the transmission of sexually transmitted infections (STDs), including transmission of HIV/AIDS.
Female condom is made of soft pliable polyurethane pre-lubricated with a silicone-based substance (dimethicone). It is inserted into the vagina before sexual intercourse. An inner ring is used for insertion and holds the condom in place high in vagina; an outer ring lies flat and covers the labia during sexual intercourse. After ejaculation, the female condom retains the seminal fluid, preventing it from coming into contact with the cervix.

You might feel lots of anxieties, especially the first time you 'go all the way' - have intimate contact. You may feel embarrassed about how you look without your clothes on, or worried about your privacy being disturbed. It's natural to feel some worries but good communication will really help to prevent you feeling embarrassed or worried. You should be able to talk to your partner about how you feel about it for the first time, and about any concerns you may have. Your partner might be worried, too. Being relaxed and able to share things with your partner will really ease the tension. And if you're too shy, or you're not able to talk about these things with your partner - then you probably shouldn't be having close contacts!
